The cellophane is torn off a new packet of cigarettes and a single cigarette withdrawn from the pack. Noticing that the venue is non-smoking, rather than lighting up, you place the unlit smoke into your clenched fist. Both hands are turned over and opened to show that the cigarette has disappeared.
You then turn to withdraw another cigarette from the pack - only to discover that every cigarette in the pack is also gone.
